I've had such a hectic week, I think my head is still spinning. I've had tests after tests, and loads of homework that take forever for me to finish. I really hope next week comes with some rest.
So, yesterday I watched Grey's Anatomy with very low expectations as Shonda Rhimes has been having visible problems with character arches on the show. At the end of the last season, I swear there was no character development for Meredith!
The episode started off a little slow, but it wasn't until I saw Major Owen Hunt come onto the screen, that I knew that it was going to get better. My sister at that moment, told me that apparently he is the new love interest for Cristina, and I could definitely tell.
I thought he was good looking enough to be one of the Mc(insert word of choice). Owen Hunt looked a lot like Kevin Mckidd but I wasn't too sure, since Major Hunt seemed to be a red-head, and I've only seen him as a blonde. So, I googled Kevin McKidd, and found out that it was him! By that point, my jaw was on the ground from shock, because I remembered him from Rome and Trainspotting, and I was really happy to see that he has made it in Hollywood.
Apparently, McArmy is coming back, and I approve of it. Cristina needs a new man in her life, that is a little more meat and potatoes, and from watching the episode last night, they definitely have good chemistry.
My only fear is that they will overdo the masculine army thing, as his name was almost too much to handle.
I think I'll watch this season more attentively, now that Lucius Vorenus has joined the cast.
I got my hands on the new TVOTR, and it sounds really great. I think they really found their footing, and have refined their musical style. I noticed while I was listening to DLZ, all I could think of was Radiohead.
It had a very Radiohead-esque sound in the beginning, and the atmospheric sound that Radiohead pulls off very well. It reminded me of "All I Need" in particular. It's not note for note, but the intros on both of the songs have a similar feel.
I really can't wait for it to come out officially, because it is worth buying.
I'm also really interested in seeing Tunde in Rachel Getting Married. I've never seen him act before, so I'm super curious.

Edna Krabappel has always been one of the overlooked characters on The Simpsons, because of her Spinster-esque life that we fear to have, but I think we should cut her some slack. It's not all her fault. She just needs a good man like Ted Koppel. No more Seymour Skinner, no more Gordie Howe, and no more Comic Book Guy.
Ted is the man.
Sure, he's married. Sure, he's 68 years old, but that doesn't mean he can't love anymore!
So here's to the future lovely couple!
...
Oh yeah, and my blog has nothing to do with The Simpsons, OR Ted Koppel. My blog is music and entertainment-oriented, but I chose this as my blog name, because it sounds awesome, and it friggin' rhymes!
